The Team & The Role: Creative Marketing Production at Netflix is focused on developing and delivering high-impact creative campaigns at speed and scale, to create public joy. Our team gives life to marketing concepts around the globe and our expert local teams enable us to do so. Based in Alphaville, and reporting to the Manager, Creative Marketing Production LATAM, you will be lead our Creative Marketing Production team supporting Brazil, Argentina, and Chile. Your success will come from active collaboration with your regional partners dedicated to technology & infrastructure, marketing, AV, strategy, media, and social. You will also be a thought-partner to other growing functions, and will help to shepherd and cultivate our culture in Alphaville, Brazil. What will be expected of you: 1. Empathetic people manager with a coaching mentality A natural team leader with a proven track record of articulating solutions that drive business impact and rallying teams around these. Support, coach and cultivate a team of senior-level creative production and operational leaders across Alphaville. Own day-to-day communications and escalations with all country production & operations ensuring your teams can efficiently deploy their campaigns through our partner teams. 2. Functional expert & entrepreneurial leader Proactively identify business-critical issues with stakeholder teams while equally being able to design, develop and deploy solutions that continue to improve the production and operational needs across Brazil and SoLa. Lead and champion the Creative Marketing Production discipline within wider teams and offices, ensuring uptake and onboarding on tooling and collaborate systems. Discover and drive workflow and infrastructure roadmaps with our tooling & key stakeholder teams, including testing and automation efforts. Balance short-term needs versus long-term solutions, always keeping our business & team vision in mind, knowing when to pivot. 3. Cultural role-model & growth ambassador Role model our culture by exhibiting Curiosity, Innovation, Passion, Communication and Judgement. An avid advocateadvocator for Inclusion and Diversity. Qualifications: Fluency in spoken and written English is required, Spanish a plus. 8+ years of people management including being an empathetic ‘team-coach’ and having an excellent track-record of up-leveling and inspiring direct reports. Experience working across multiple time-zones with multi-cultural & geo-located teams. Demonstrated high regional and/or international EQ/IQ in previous roles.
