ROLE OBJECTIVE Manager – Advisory services will participate as a leading team member on large outsourcing advisory engagements supporting IT, Finance and/or Business Process sourcing initiatives. This position will participate as part of an advisory team in the delivery of NeoGroup methodology and tools in support of client sourcing initiatives. This is a Management Consulting role. RESPONSIBILITIES Develop deliverables leveraging Neo tools/frameworks consistent with our quality standards. Conduct detailed financial analysis using NeoGroup framework and industry benchmark. Develop financial models and trending. Evaluate benefits and risks of global outsourcing locations to help clients choose the right locations to source services. Identify and monitor clients outsourcing risks using our risk monitoring framework. Contribute to developing competitive RFI/RFP/RFQ and creating proposal evaluation criteria. Utilize technical knowledge to assist clients in souring evaluations. Evaluate financial and technical aspects of vendor proposals and conduct comparative analysis. Manage contract negotiations and portfolio assessment processes. KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS Understanding of the globalization market with at least 8-10 years of hands-on experience. A keen sense of surroundings and awareness of client requirements, advisory team discussions, etc. Absolute keen/yearning to learn and suggest new paths/ ways of doing things. Diligence in notes taking and follow-up action items. Excel and PowerPoint skills/excellence. PPT visual presentation/ creative skills. Focus on outcomes and timelines. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to communicate at all levels in an organization. Strong quantitative and analytical skills; ability to interpret large quantity of data and identify trends / discrepancies.
