This is a great opportunity to apply your testing experience in an application development circle. Job duties for Junior User Support Technician at Neo Biz Solutions Inc. Be the primary contact for all application and Information system related requests for IT service and support Create user accounts and manage access control of desktop and Information System applications Provide technical support, advice, and training to users of the Information System Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot problems associated with network connectivity and Information System information flow Troubleshoot problems associated with application software integrations Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot for report printing, Analysis Tools, Collect, organize and record a problem and solutions log for use by other members Participate in the creation and documentation of software testing plans and test design documents Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year experiences in similar role is required College diploma or university degree in computer science is required Experience with standard software testing tools like Test Rail, Jira, is preferred Proficient with Java, Python, JavaScript, React, SQL is preferred Excellent analytical, problem solving abilities and critical thinking skills Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment Strong client services oriented working ethics Superb communication and presentation skills Excellent analytical, problem solving abilities and critical thinking skills Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Terms Permanent Full-Time position $26/hour 30 hours per week Group benefits after probation period How to apply If you are dedicated, precise and take pride in delivering successful outcomes in this industry, please click the Apply button.
