Handle incoming inquiries, through various support channels, on product, promotions and general questions. Deliver customer satisfaction through excellent service quality with required service level to meet the goals and objectives Solve problems and analyse accurately with appropriate speed Functional understanding of contact centre operations Functional understanding of business principles and operations A demonstrated commitment to the call centre values High tolerance level and ability to handle various changes and needs of operations Ensure diligent follow up and fulfil promises made to customer / internal functions Establish and maintain good relationships with customers QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum Diploma with 1 year related experience Proven people skills in a similar environment to call centre is desirable Fluent in English and one other Asian language (speaking, writing, reading) Moderate or strong interest in online/console/mobile games preferred Able to understand games from a gamer’s perspective and give in depth gaming troubleshooting are preferred Able to work independently with minimal supervision Excellent interpersonal skills with flexible approach to working in a team Good oral and written communication skills Have a flexible schedule, including the ability to work shifts and weekends Computer literate – MS Office Applications, Basic knowledge of Internet Experience Level: Minimum 1 year of experience Work Location: The Gardens, Mid Valley Position: Permanent under Tentacle Tech No of Position: 10 Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM2,400.00 to RM3,200.00 /month Experience: Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred) Computer Literacy: 1 year (Preferred) Communication Skills: 1 year (Preferred) Education: Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred) Benefits: Health insurance
