We have an exciting new opportunity for a confident and experienced HR Advisor to join our growing team based in Birkenhead. You will be required to provide proactive and professional support and guidance to line managers covering a range of employee relation matters including disciplinary and grievance, performance management, absence management and TUPE transfers. You will support the recruitment function, following safer recruitment policy and progressing candidates in a proactive manner. Experience with monthly payroll and pensions processing will be advantageous. With exceptional organisational skills, you will be able to work flexibly in order to meet varying deadlines as required by other members of the team, whilst managing your own workload. You will need to have excellent communication and organisational skills and be confident liaising with stakeholders at all levels.
