Germany Job description The successful candidate will join Narbutas Deutschland GmbH and be responsible for the development of dealers’ net in the appointed area in Germany, including: Keeping and developing relations with existing dealers in the appointed area; Searching for the new dealers in the appointed area; Presentation of Narbutas products ranges to dealers; Seeking for sales targets in the appointed area of German market; Negotiating with dealers considering price and discounts policy, payment and delivery terms; Organizing dealers’ visits to the factory and head office in Lithuania. Subordination Area Sales Manager will be subordinated to the Managing Director of Narbutas Deutschland GmbH. Experience and personal features the candidate should have Good communication skills; Result-focused mind for delivering the goals; Capability of work separately from the head office and in the distance from his/her chief; Good knowledge of „European English”; Willingness to travel; Possibility to work at home office.
