Position: R&D Mechanical Engineer Role: This individual will be responsible for leading R&D activities in mechanical engineering. Responsibilities: Design and development of new technologies with a focus on smart wearables Assisting with laboratory testing, assessing data, and reporting results Offer consultation and providing recommendations during the development of a product Involved in preparing research proposals, reports, and delivering presentations Collaborating with other technology developers and partners, and closely communicating with suppliers Supporting the development of intellectual property Supporting related research activities Managing medium sized projects Qualifications Required: Background in Mechanical or Biomedical Engineering. A minimum of a Master's degree is required Experienced in design, prototyping, and testing Proficiency in CAD Proficient with CAE or FEA simulation software Knowledge in material science Able to make decisions and give recommendations independently Demonstrate initiative in developing new ideas and problem solving Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong leadership and team work skills General knowledge of ISO9001:2015 3Z2mmSAhqf
