The Opportunity We currently have an opportunity for a Settlements & Transition Analyst within our Investment Administration function in the Investment and Cash Operations team. You will ensure the accurate and timely processing of trade settlement and asset transfer related tasks, and for daily processing of equity settlements via CHESS (domestic) and Northern Trust (global) and other settlement tasks. Key Responsibilities Manage the CHESS and the Northern Trust trade settlement process to ensure timely settlement of domestic equity and global equity trades Accurate processing of all off market transfers, issuer/CHESS and CHESS/CHESS conversions Liaise with Advisors and external counterparties to accurately process client transition of assets on and off the Mutual Trust platform Accurate processing of managed fund applications and redemptions Accurate recording of domestic and global trades externally traded and term deposits transactions on client portfolios About You Finance related degree or equivalent Demonstrated back office experience either at a custodian or financial services provider Experience in CHESS settlements and CHESS gateway software e.g. CHAMPS, Shares Sound knowledge of the mechanics of the Australian Investment Market, the different instrument types and the trading and settlement process for each Advanced computer literacy in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook High attention to detail with strong organisational skills What Is On Offer Work with industry leading experts Annual performance payment based on business and individual performance Supported flexible work arrangements and the opportunity to purchase additional leave Paid community/volunteer days and charity involvement Yearly health and well-being allowance and activities for our staff Reward and Recognition program Employee assistance program offering free and confidential counselling and support for you and your family How to Apply Please apply online with your CV in Word format plus a cover letter.
