Job Summary Designation & Division: - Soft Skill Trainer No. of headcounts Required: - One Reporting to: - Corporate Head – HR Position Name: - Corporate Trainer Responsibilities and Duties Conduct training need analysis Preparation of Training calendar (weekly / Monthly/ half yearly / yearly) Design and facilitate/deliver soft skills/ behavioral training programs Conduct feedback analysis Training program evaluation Certification planning and evaluation Plan & coordinate with Functional Heads for functional training programs Travel to multiple locations (in & outstation) MIS & reporting Other tasks as assigned Key Skills Enthusiastic, proactive, flexible and constructive approach.., * Ability to work with and engage staff at all levels within the organization., * Ability to use own initiative, make decisions within the sphere of work and knowledge., * Excellent written, verbal communication & presentation skills. Training skills., * Excellent organizing skills., * Computer skill with experience of using MS office (word, excel, ppt etc). , * Multi-tasking, eye for detailing, * Attitude Requirement, * Positive & pressure bearing. , * Pleasant, Presentable, Sensitive, Mature & composed.
