Based in Helsinki Finland, Musopia is a music software development studio with a mission to help people's dream of playing an instrument come true. Majority of people would like to play some instrument and we help these music lovers become music players with innovative and fun solutions. We work closely together with some of the biggest names in music industry who share the same passion, to create engaging and efficient learning experiences. We work with companies like Yamaha, the world's biggest ukulele brand Kala Brand Music and the massively popular online guitar teacher JustinGuitar and other music educators. UA SPECIALIST You - music lover! Would you like to influence how people learn to play music? We are looking for a hands- on mobile marketeer to take care of new user acquisition, retargeting and ASO. Musopia's team is developing a unique and truly global concept to ease the early steps of learning to play a musical instrument. In addition to interesting work, you'll also get to work with a modern data stack, technologies and analytical methods. Is this music to your ears - would you like to hear more? We are looking for: Ability to manage well targeted & programmatic mobile app user acquition campaigns, both new UA and retargeting (for example Facebook, Instagram, Apple Search Ads, mobile marketing networks) Knowledge on App Store Optimization (ASO) to carry out regular testing on the App Stores Creativity to ideate new marketing themes and assets Good copywriting skills in english Strong focus on testing & tracking & improving continuously Interest to learn new things/technologies quickly Ambition to be part of the core team and part of the strategic decision making We value: Capability to work independently and efficiently Experience with common marketing technology systems and platforms for example Facebook, Google Adwords, Appsflyer Ability to share your expertise and continue building our UA functions in collaboration with our partners Relevant work experience in user acquisition / ASO related tasks A passion to work with music and a bit of rock attitude does not hurt Working proficiency in English Come work with us and create awesome music e-learning apps from start to finish. When you join Musopia, please note that playing some musical instrument is not mandatory but there is a fair chance to learn and you will even get paid for it! We are primarily looking for full time team members to cover maternity leave (from April 2020 to May 2021), but we can consider different part-time models too, depending on your abilities / background / situation.
