Job Summary Plans and directs all aspects of an organization's product development policies, objectives, and initiatives. Product enhancements, and product redesign. Ensures that product development activities align with the goals of the organization. Makes recommendations on the potential and practicality of products in development. Requires a bachelor's degree. Demonstrates expertise in a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Responsibilities and Duties Responsibilities: * Manage technical aspects of new products and product improvement from concept to production (formulations, packaging, etc.) * Work one-on-one with customers to produce formulas * Report the progress/status of program implementation to manager of food safety, regularly * Maintain all documents to support formula accuracy and product label compliance standards, feeding guidelines, nutritional adequacy, and advertising claims * Provide technical support in statistical analysis, problem solving, product disposition, and risk assessment related to products * Develop and screen product for product quality improvement initiatives and cost savings * Improve existing products to ensure best performance and cost optimization * Work with all functional areas to ensure product is developed in an efficient and timely manner * Coordinate and lead incident management and investigation for consumers and customers * Ensure all company, food safety, and product quality requirements are met in all formulations and provide support where needed Qualifications and Skills Diploma/ Graduation Cosmetology * 3 to 4 years of Experience in product formulation * Co-manufacturing experience, preferred * Proven experience in and understanding of principles of formula development and testing * Strong understanding of Goods Job Type: Full-time Salary: ₹500,000.00 to ₹600,000.00 /year Experience: work: 3 years (Required) total work: 3 years (Required) Production Management: 2 years (Required) Education: Master's (Preferred) Benefits: Provident fund (PF) Other Industry: Production & Manufacturing
