YOUR MISSION ------------ As a People Operations Manager you will lead our People Ops team in our Buenos Aires office, ensuring we are a best-in-class employer and attract, retain and develop our talent. You will be helping us build processes and tools that will help us expand globally and take our workforce to the next level. MURAL's distributed team is spread across the US, Argentina and Europe and has a "Remote First" approach that we are constantly improving. We're looking for an established, forward-thinking leader that cares deeply about our employees' well being and is committed to developing a people-centric company culture. Our belief in People Operations is simple: To spark joy in MURAL's employee experience. You will be responsible for the overall leadership and coordination of all operational functions in our Buenos Aires office. As part of this role, you will also be managing our People Operations Analyst and People Operations Associate in Buenos Aires. As People Operations Manager, you will: Lead our People Operations team in our BA office. Set direction for a recruiting strategy for BA based roles Standardize work policies, programs and HR practices for team members based in Argentina. Work with global peers to scale these policies worldwide. Enhance our salary structures and payment policies for team members in Argentina. Conduct regular external benchmarking to continue attracting & retaining top talent.
