Due to the rapid growth of the business, we are currently seeking a IT Support Officer at our head office who is a self starter and motivated to join the supportive team here at Multigate. Key duties & responsibilities Provide support to end users either over the phone, Internet or in person, and solve their computing problems in a timely manner Assisting with laptops, PC’s, printers, projectors, and smart devices setup Monitor hardware for errors and take remedial action Document and review processes and procedures Contact External Companies for purchasing and repair faulty computers Defend systems against unauthorized access, modification and/or destruction Perform vulnerability and networking scanning assessments Configure and support security tools such as firewalls, anti-virus software, patch management systems, etc Provide support of business software Provide after hours support for end users if required and occasional weekend maintenance Requirements Minimum 2-3 Years experience Sound knowledge of IT Security System/Software Parking - Onsite Staff Parking facility Website www.multigate.com.au
