Mountain Healthcare Ltd (MHL) is looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious administrator with excellent written and verbal communication skills to support the Governance team with a smooth delivery of its daily functions. This is an exciting opportunity to support our expanding business and ensure that we continue to deliver safe, effective and high quality services across the business and our service delivery streams. MHL provides specialist forensic medical services to the Police and NHS. Our services range from forensic and healthcare support within Police Custody suites, to the highly sensitive management and support for those who have experienced sexual violence. Good Governance is integral to the maintenance of our services, and our commitment to our patients, customers and stakeholders. We specialise in working with patients with vulnerabilities and are passionate about expanding our services into new areas of this varied and challenging sector. Previous experience of Information Governance, working with senior members of staff, and working with policies, procedures and other similar documents are desirable, but not essential. Tasks will include; supporting the implementation of projects for governance across the business, preparing and managing the meeting schedule, including minute taking and monitoring action plans proofreading and amending document templates, updating policy and procedure documents, ensuring public documents are up-to-date, manage court warning process, assisting with GDPR compliance and information governance audits, supporting statement requests, archiving of clinical records You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to prioritise a busy workload and be familiar with a range of Microsoft Office Applications, particularly Outlook, Excel and Word. We fully support all staff to ensure there are equal opportunities to develop skills and ensure continuous professional development. You will work hand in hand with the Governance & Education Coordinator, as well as other Senior Managers and Directors to ensure the highest quality service is provided. 40 hours/week (subject to negotiation) based between our Stevenage offices and Finchingfield offices. Agile working considered. National travel will be required to meet the needs of the business.
