About you An exciting career opportunity exists in our Perth office for a full-time Legal Office Junior to join our team. You will have a varied workload and some of your responsibilities will include: Being the first point of contact for the office – greeting clients, answering telephones etc Providing support to legal secretaries Collating briefs to Counsel Preparation of general correspondence General office duties such as photocopying, faxing and filing Collections and deliveries in the CBD To be successful in this role you will also have: the ability to demonstrate initiative Enthusiasm and willingness to work in a team, or on your own Excellent organisational skills Exceptional attention to detail Previous legal experience and/or a TAFE certificate in Business & Administration/ Business & Legal, is highly desirable. This position is full-time, working 37.5 hours each week. Perth office hours are 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
