Roles & Responsibilities About the role You will have the opportunity to shape and drive the business. Working with our Directors, you are responsible for leading the team and delivering quality service to our clients, while remaining focused on growing the business and identifying new opportunities for the Company. Responsibilities: Business development Develop and maintain long-term client relationships and networks Manage project proposal process Manage full range of corporate tax compliance and advisory assignments Develop tax solutions, provide tax planning strategies and advisory services to listed companies, SMEs and internationally active companies across a diverse range of industries Lead and develop a team of tax professionals Experience in cross-border transactions, structuring and tax planning, coupled with good communication and report writing skills Requirements: A recognised degree in Accountancy or professional accounting qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, CPA Australia or equivalent CA or CPA Australia professional qualification preferred SIATP professional qualification preferred for tax positions Relevant experience with large/mid-tier international accounting firms; candidates from the commercial sector with relevant experience are also welcome Strong technical skills (accounting/auditing standards and related tax regulations) Possess an initiative and analytical mind Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
