The Opportunity Information Services is seeking a Help Desk Officer to provide excellent customer service, being the first level of contact for all staff with their Information & Communication Technology (ICT) queries. You will ensure that all ICT requests are responded to and resolved in a timely manner and provide high level customer service, whilst liaising with staff at all levels. Some Key Responsibilities Provide the first contact with all Councillors, Council Officers and contractors for their ICT queries and support requests. Ensure all requests are responded to and resolved appropriately in a timely manner. Resolve over 80% of incidents and requests on first contact and within agreed service levels. Provide a high level of customer service and liaise with staff at all levels whilst maintaining a high level of professionalism, integrity and confidentiality. Ensure the Council and ICT policies are followed for the security, stability and efficiency of the councils ICT systems. What We Offer At Moonee Valley, our greatest strength is our people.
