Moness Resort are looking for full time Reception / Reservations staff to join our friendly front office team. Our Reservations Agents, contribute to the growth of the accommodation and restaurant business, maximising occupancy and revenue, through proactive selling and effectively converting enquiries into sales. The role will involve some weekend and evening shifts. About You You will be able to come to work every day eager to engage with our guests You must have strong communications skills as you will be communicating with guests and colleagues face-to-face, over the phone and via email and social media. A background in hospitality and experience in reservations would be an advantage but not essential as full training will be given. You should have the ability to deal with people from different backgrounds and possess a strong command of the English language. Ideally you will be able to deal with changing priorities and work demands while maintaining an eye for detail. Main Responsibilities Responsibility for responding to customer enquiries, comments and reviews across Trip Advisor, Facebook, Instagram and Google Carrying out concierge calls to guests that are due to stay at the resort Answering reservations enquiries and making bookings Benefits: On-site parking Discounted/free food Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Experience: reservations: 1 year (Preferred) Administrative Duties: Carrying out requests from management as needed Answering emails and sorting post Answering phone calls and transferring them as necessary Managing website functions and social media Greeting and welcoming visitors Financial Duties: Processing payments Billing
