1. Overview: Mondo is an innovative travel insurance startup with B2B and B2C lines of business based in Barcelona. We are looking for a candidate, passionate for design and user experience, problem solver, with strong interpersonal abilities and strong attention to detail to work alongside the marketing team as a designer. You will be involved in (i) Web assets: Newsletters, Social Media, banners… (ii) UX/UI web design, and (iii) Branding. 2. Mission: Work closely with the marketing and product team to develop fancy, creative and clean assets for media channels, websites, and app, following the guide style and our Design System. 3. Key activities/responsibilities to perform: Design offline and online graphic material for the product, marketing, and media channels Branded content designs for our growing media channels Web assets: banners, Newsletters, social blasts... Design Merchandising: Roll up, T-shirts... Wireframes and Mockups 4. Requirements: At least 1+ year experience on digital design Creative thinker and color sense Highly motivated Passionate about travel Organized, proactive and detail oriented 5. Key Skills: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, Indesign Sketch Image editing UI/UX knowledge HTML5, CSS3 and responsive will be a plus Ability to work well in a dynamic team environment. 6. Schedule: Full-Time Flexible working hours Flexwork from home (1-2 days per week) 7. Primary Location: Barcelona 8.
