Position Title: Global Human Resources Business Partner Position Summary: The Global Human Resources Business Partner is responsible to provide Strategic HR leadership for our Core Silicones & Intermediates business which delivers $640M in revenue and other client groups as assigned. This person will work closely with the leaders of their client group and the Senior Leadership Team to drive Corporate wide initiatives. This incorporates all elements of the HR generalist role including leadership coaching, succession planning, performance management, organizational design, compensation, talent acquisition, compliance, and training and development at the corporate and local level. Job Description: A key element of this role involves providing leadership support to the assigned client groups at the Vice President level and his or her direct staff at the Director level and above. Examples include organizational alignment and organizational structure development or rationalization as well as coaching and training and development of the staff. Additionally, this individual will utilize knowledge of local divisional/functional business objectives and functional HR knowledge and expertise to support and advise local leaders and managers on HR-related issues to help meet local business goals and objectives. The HR leader represents the interests and viewpoint of the functional team and functional leadership team in cross-functional work with business leaders and other HR partners. Additional Details: Basic Qualifications: 10+ years of Human Resources experience Ability to partner strategically on business issues with site leaders Global HR experience Knowledge of HR-related legal issues, including those related to labor Demonstrated experience successfully leading, coaching and mentoring others Effective influencing and consulting skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to team effectively with others Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources/Industrial Relations, Psychology, Business Administration or equivalent.
