Job Description About the customer This project is uniquely positioned to help companies bring their people, insights, and customer channels together to effectively drive today’s customer conversation. Our software directs more than 100 million interactions every day, maximizing the value of customer engagement and differentiating the experience by driving personalization and multi-channel customer service, as well as extending customer service across the enterprise to optimize processes and performance of customer-facing employees Responsibilities Provide consulting to the customers in relation to Genesys products. Establish contact with customers, define their needs and offer solutions for customers’ contact centers. Mentor junior staff on Genesys technologies, share experience and contribute to the internal knowledge base. Consistently improve own area of knowledge mastering Genesys and related products. Qualifications Extensive knowledge of Genesys Architecture Genesys Composer Routing and IVR application development Genesys Rules System Overview and troubleshooting experience for as many Genesys applications.
