Mint House is looking to hire a motivated, energetic, and people-focused team member with a roll-up-your-sleeves approach to support the Mint House ground team in Greenville. The Hospitality Inspector is a part time role (15-30 hours/week) responsible for supporting various aspects of hotel operations and working with the ground team to create a seamless guest experience. This person has an excellent eye for detail and knows that when it comes to customer service, no task is too small. The part time Hospitality Inspector will be responsible for responding to and performing departure and arrival inspections, while performing tasks you will occasionally execute on guest service requests (new towels, finding units, amenities, etc), light maintenance troubleshooting, interacting with housekeeping staff, as well as checking in guests as necessary. What You'll Do Perform unit departure and arrival inspections to ensure units are constantly meeting or exceeding brand standards Identify maintenance issues during inspections and either repair or report the issue to the building maintenance team. Small repair performed by you may include: broken towel racks, loose cabinets, replacing light bulbs, etc. Make recommendations to management about housekeeper performance Meet and assist guests as needed, solve last-minute problems, act proactively to address any potential challenges with the guest experience Be prepared to move quickly, wear many hats, and fill in where needed Ensure any maintenance or repairs are scheduled around our guests, and ensure units are up to Mint House standards after any maintenance Maintain a clean and organized storage unit at all times Role Requirements 3+ years of hands-on hospitality experience Proven ability to maintain high levels of professionalism while interfacing with guests, corporate management and ground team members Availability to work weekends and holidays Ability to travel between multiple locations, requiring a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle Smart phone Overall track record of professional and academic success With the above stated, we are open to candidates of all backgrounds and encourage you to apply if interested!
