We have an exciting opportunity for a casual Junior Front of House Attendant to help us across our cafes, restaurant and events. What is most important to us is that our team members can showcase their passion for great food, great coffee, and great entertainment, and genuinely care about our customers as much as we do. We expect the very same from our juniors. We will equip you with the skills and knowledge to be the best you can be. What you need to bring is your personality, energy and enthusiasm each and every shift, and be keen to work the core hours required for a hospitality venue. Our busiest times are weekday afternoons and evenings, and both days of the weekend. It's important our Junior team members are available for a reasonable number of shifts during these hours. The Role We have a position available to work after school and weekends in our cafes, restaurant and events. In this role you will: Providing excellent service as a cashier or when waiting tables Assisting the kitchen and baristas to produce great quality meals Washing up, cleaning and keeping service areas tidy Assisting with table service: delivery of meals to patrons Clearing of tables in the dining areas Upholding and contributing to a safe and healthy workplace Being a proactive member of a reliable and committed team Enhancing workplace culture, being that of a fun, friendly, & fresh environment where all are welcome Junior team members receive guidance, training and development to help grow their skills, and start their career in the hospitality industry.
