To assist and perform in the tasks of teaching, training, supervising, maintaining and developing the functioning level of client to function adequately and independently in the areas of Activities of Daily Living, Community Living, Social and Recreational Skills. Main Duties and Responsibilities (80%) Trainee Management & Development Assist and engage in continuous assessment, training and evaluation of trainees’ holistic Development. Monitor and implement a programme for the healthy development of trainees in the area of sensory awareness and sexual identify and relationships. Assist to implement motivational and behavior management plans for trainees. Assist to implement and monitor trainees’ security and safety procedures at all times. Ensure personal hygiene of trainees (cleaning the trainees who wet and soil themselves) Administrative & Operations Assist in unit operational management Assist in center’s / Unit logistics management. Assist in recording information pertaining to individual trainees in Client’s Log e.g. communications to/from caregivers and occurrences. Assist in keeping proper record of significant behaviors for regulation in ABC Chart & Behavior Incident Log & frequency chart. Report and record in incident reports critical trainees’ occurrences/events with the guidance from TO’s / Center supervisor. Plan and implement appropriate group activities. Communicate and maintain good rapport with parents/caregivers. Attend staff meeting regularly. Job Types: Full-time, Temporary Salary: $1,380.00 to $2,000.00 /month Experience: workshop instructor: 1 year (Preferred) Education: GCE 'O' Level or GCE 'N' Level (Preferred)
