Job Requirements: Minimum Diploma in Information Technology/Computer Science or equivalent. Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia (speaking, listening and writing). Must have knowledge and experience in PCs troubleshooting and IT equipment. Minimum 2 years of experience as IT Technical Support. Job Description: Generic Provide user training on basic computer use as required. Periodical departmental and workplace housekeeping. Adhere to company's set security and safety policy. Updating of asset inventory. Specific Installing, configuring and maintaining computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, plotters and scanners as required within the set Service Level Arrangement. Monitoring and maintaining computer systems. Providing IT technical support to users across the company. Setting up accounts for new users. Troubleshoot and resolve IT equipment and system issues as necessary. Liaise and coordinate with vendors for installation, repair and maintenance job. Maintain PCs operating system installation and license of engineering software. Troubleshoot handphone/tablet issues. Job Type: Full-time
