The role An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Payable Clerk to work in our Melbourne Finance Team. In this role you will display a willingness to learn and provide professional service to both external and internal clients. Responsibilities will include the following: Data entry & filing; Processing office related invoices; Staff reimbursements - processing & payment; Bank reconciliations; Daily payment runs – creating cheques and EFTs; Creditor statement reconciliations; Following up supplier queries; and Liaising with internal departments The ideal candidate will have good attention to detail, accurate data entry skills along with a client service focus. You will have strong written and verbal communication skills, and be familiar with Microsoft Excel and Word.
