Our fast-growing family business is looking to hire an Accounting Clerk to join our successful team. Midtown Home Improvements is a local remodeling company and has been an industry leader for 30 years. Job Functions: - Receives and verifies expense reports; reconciles expense and other financial reports with account balances and other office records. - Maintains and updates customer files, including name or address changes, mergers, or mailing attentions. - Creates reports regarding the current status of customer accounts as requested. - Collaborates with the department manager to reconcile accounts receivable on monthly basis - Assists in generating monthly billing statements based on the general ledger. - Copies, files, and retrieves materials for accounts receivable as needed. - Performs other related duties as assigned.
