Position Summary Mia Aesthetics is looking for an experienced concierge to deliver excellent customer and patient service while educating the patient. The ideal candidate would be an individual seeking to focus on customer care in the healthcare space. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Performs clerical and administrative functions such as customer service and record keeping Responsible for Interviewing and Obtaining/Verifying clients information Determines eligibility by comparing client information to requirements Provide excellent Customer Service, ensuring that client unique needs are meet Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner Provide patients with information in preparation for their surgery Provide recommendations for hotel and recovery home options Make any modifications to their purchased services Process customer payments Generates Invoices, conduct financial transactions, ensuring that financial transactions are on track and on time Serve as ambassador to patients & resolve any issues they may have Other duties as assigned Qualifications and Requirements Excellent verbal and written communication skills Medical Terminology knowledge preferred Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred Mia Aesthetics is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
