JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Your main responsibilities will include: Installation and Roll out services of new laptops Hardware fault diagnosis & isolation on laptops. First level of support on laptops under warranty / AMC with third party vendor & vendor coordination Installation and OS Support - Repair / Re-Installation or fresh Installation Installation and Software Support on Office Automation software, Anti-virus software, Email Clients, IE, Chrome & other Business Critical Applications Configure / troubleshoot network connectivity of laptops & network printers Installation, re-installation, configuration of peripherals e.g. IP phones, printers, scanners etc. Manage WiFI and firewalls (Fortigate / Cisco Meraki / SonicWall) Help create technical documentation and manuals Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel Maintaining Assets through Asset Management Tools REQUIRED EXPERIENCE Experience in Desktop support, Windows Active Directory, Remote support & hardware support Basic knowledge of networking Demonstrable customer service experience and evidence of building client relationships REQUIRED SKILLS Ability to work under pressure and to ensure SLAs in a fast-paced dynamic environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strives for efficiency and effectiveness Adaptable to multitasking environment, process oriented Willing to travel (Manchester & Hamburg) Alignment with MiQ's core values/culture A can do' attitude to provide energy, drive and enthusiasm A dream to grow your career as the company scales WHAT WE VALUE IN OUR PEOPLE Passion – We love and live what we do Determination - We always find a way to figure it out Unity – We back each other and challenge each other Agility – We anticipate the unexpected, embrace and adapt to change Courage – We dare to think unconventionally At MiQ, we don’t just accept the differences of our people, it is what builds us as a community.
