Head of Marketing required for an established and rapidly growing B2C organisation near Portsmouth. You will be heading up the new B2C Marketing team in an established Marketing Centre of Excellence. You will have experience of running Marketing, SEO, PPC and Design teams. You must have a strong emphasis of generating inbound customer leads. Top priorities for this organisation: Career Progression, Staff Engagement and Technology, with the ability to work from home. THE ROLE: This is a great opportunity for an ambitious Head of Marketing to join an established and expanding B2C organisation. This ambitious Marketing role will be a high-profile position delivering strategy and business objectives to an award-winning marketing function for both internal and external operations. This role would suit a Senior Marketing Manager who is ambitious and creative in running and growing a Marketing function. This end-user organisation rely heavily on the Marketing function to generate inbound leads and your role is to continue to scale this lead function capability.
