For more details about our company please visit: http://www.metrobuildersorissa.com/ Salary is not a constraint for deserving candidates Responsibilities and Duties Job Description Responsible for Direct Sales for residential & commercial real estate projects Generating New business opportunity for organization & Generate leads and go for cold call and marketing strategy Ability to generate predictable revenue on target consistentlySupervision & co - ordination of Marketing and branding activities Ensure optimum performance in meeting the stipulated sales target Coordination with realtor companies when requested by management and supporting them to meet the sales target and increase productivity Develop marketing strategies to build customer preference and drive volumes Identify clients from various sectors like corporate and generate business from the existing to achieve the target Provide guidance for promotion. Launches Conducting competitor analysis for market trend and rate analysis Attend to clients concerns and complaints and undertake steps to resolve them Feedback from customers Handling post sales activities like customer relation management, complaint handling, client retention etc. Analyzing clients demand behavior for project improvement Organizing sales campaign with the help of different banks for its different branches in the major regions of Odisha Visiting the different parts of state and various organizations to reach the prospective buyers Planning and execution of sales and marketing activities, responsible for corporate presentation and thereby getting bulk booking ** Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications Candidates must have prior Real Estate, Home Loan, Direct HNI sales & Marketing Experience.
