We provide government-based health plans in three different states (Michigan, Illinois, and Ohio). Meridian’s affiliates include Medicaid (MeridianHealth) and Medicare (MeridianCare) health plans, a commercial plan available through the Health Insurance Marketplace (MeridianChoice), and MeridianRx, a Pharmacy Benefit Management company.
