Our inclusive classrooms combine rigorous academics with a culture of compassion.About this Role: The Admissions Director is responsible for managing and executing all aspects of the admissions process for the Grace School, including marketing, recruitment, selection, financial aid and enrollment. They will be responsible for designing, implementing and continuously making improvements to our admissions process to increase enrollment and attract and recruit best-fit students for our school program.Key Skills: Exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal communication Ability to establish a rapport with students and families, respect for cultural, socioeconomic and linguistic diversity Self-starter with ability to conceptualize and execute projects from inception to completion Collaborative in partnering with School Administration and Agency Leadership to align goals Focus on continuous improvement of admissions process function Detail oriented and organized, able to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities and projects simultaneously Ability to establish, communicate and successfully meet deadlines Analytical and data-driven
