As a Medtronic Integrated Health Solutions Consultant, you will connect with clinical staff and key stakeholders at the hospitals to understand and analyze their most pressing issues and deliver services and tangible solutions which improve their productivity and quality. You will work on projects that deliver well-scoped operational excellence and patient pathway optimization projects at Medtronic IHS key strategic partnership accounts. IHS has entered in +200 partnerships across Europe and the Nordic consultancy team is growing with the increasing demand for IHS services and partnerships. You will be part of an agile team and be ready to contribute to the growth through the ongoing development of innovative projects and solutions for the biggest hospitals in the Nordic countries. A day in the life As a consultant in IHS, you thrive working in high-performing teams as well as working independently. To you, it comes naturally to communicate and develop best practices from the IHS consulting toolbox and service catalog. Your first assignment will be at Rigshospitalet in a large ongoing partnership. You will team up with the onsite IHS team - driving and executing the existing and new workstreams in close collaboration with the healthcare staff in the hospital. You will touch all parts in the change process from designing new solutions to change management as well as long-term implementation and adoption of changes. In this position, you will be reporting to Head of Consulting, EMEA & Nordic Cluster within Medtronic Integrated Health Solutions Responsibilities Execute and progress on actionable plans for immediate improvement Projects can be multifarious and comprehensive e.g. optimizing room utilization, ensuring optimal planning and scheduling processes of patient flow Execute on end-to-end workstreams and projects, creating and sharing value and achieving agreed targets in collaboration with existing IHS team onsite at Rigshospitalet Capture learning and best-practices and continuously enrich the Medtronic IHS consulting toolbox Must Have You hold a relevant bachelor’s degree Fluent in English and a Scandinavian language, preferably Danish 2+ years of relevant consulting experience Customer focus Hands-on execution and analytical skills Experience with project management and skills from planning, coordinating and driving projects in collaboration with stakeholders, secure that milestones are achieved, resolving issues. Experienced problem-solving skills with the use of process optimization methodologies/process thinking (e.g. Business Process Re-engineering and/or Lean Six Sigma) Nice to Have Healthcare industry knowledge or experience Great executing skills and lots of energy Experience in change management is most welcome Some travel activity must be expected to support our other partnerships in Denmark and the Nordic region.
