For our location in Milan we are looking for you to immediately start as a/an Key Account Manager Italy (m/f/d) You will be responsible for: A pertinent and effective pricing policy ensuring and monitoring both client and company marginality Effective adaptation/ follow up of current and new range to market Implement a mid-long term strategic plan with the client as of day one for their PL business Implement product concepts together with the product manager Implement effective and profitable promotional plan Optimize logistic network targeting zero out of stocks and reducing lead time Commit with client on sales forecast Analysis of consumer and market trends Co-ordination of customer related project Close cooperation with the Product Manager to ensure that the product range matches the market’s requirements in terms of need and standard Close cooperation with the Back Office Manager to ensure effective logistics procedure (incl. import/export) Your professional profile: The successful candidate ideally holds an excellent degree in business administration from an international university, preferably with emphasis on marketing. An adequate educational level without university degree but with the appropriate professional experience is alternatively equally conceivable. You should have in-depth marketing and management knowledge. Moreover you should be an Italian native speaker and be business fluent in English. In addition you are: entrepreneurial and target oriented highly self-motivated and have a high level of commitment highly consumer-oriented conceptionally and strategically strong good communication/argumentation/negotiation skills good feeling in handling people and situations good team player and future thinker with leader qualities able to report on high levels with a high degree of flexibility dynamic and decisive You will work in a highly motivated and qualified team, with a lot of passion and commitment.
