Ability to earn up to $100K per year in our pure commission compensation structure. Professional atmosphere in a motivating and rewarding call center environment. Weekly 1 on 1 coaching and training sessions by Retention Managers to enhance performance. Opportunity to enroll in company sponsored 401K, Health, Dental, Life and Disability plans. Team oriented culture, where fun and hard work go hand in hand. Required Experience A passion for generating sales with a proven call center experience. Utilize rapport building to best meet the needs of the customer in the most sincere and ethical manner. Display a competitive spirit to meet and exceed company wide and personal sales goals. Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays Satisfactorily complete background / employment history investigation and drug screening. Computer proficient with the ability to multi-task. Prefer BA/BS; High School Diploma or GED required
