MediaForm is the market leader in providing commercial print services and solutions from key vendor partners, for example HP, Lexmark, Samsung and OKI. We are currently experiencing rapid growth within the company, and are now seeking to expand our successful team with an enthusiastic and dedicated entry level Customer Service Representative. The successful candidate will be working alongside the sales and marketing team. Key responsibilities and duties include: Assisting with inbound and outbound calls Assisting customers (corporate, SMB and transactional/consumer) with queries and sales on a daily basis Assisting the marketing team with promotions and other marketing campaigns Data entry of products, product categories and inventory to assist our online platforms Acquiring and learning, building your knowledgebase on our products, services and the MediaForm ethos.
