Internal Control and Reporting Specialist: We are looking for an Internal Control and Reporting Specialist who will be responsible for these activities: define, update and monitor the internal control frameworks for effective financial management and financial reporting; perform Risk assessment for Medacta branches and subsidiaries; review local financial policies to ensure full compliance with Corporate policies; maintain, improve and reinforce centralized controls on implementation of corporate policies; support continuous improvements on company financials processes; being a contact for the audit performed by External Auditors; support the quarterly group reporting closings. The position reports to the Head of Finance. The ideal candidate: has a master degree in Economics; is fluent in English; at least 3-5 years’ experience in listed companies or big multinational companies; ability to work under pression and with strict timelines; analytical mindset, flexibility and strong problem-solving skills; strong interpersonal and communication skills. Availability to travel globally
