Roles & Responsibilities Job Responsibility This role is mainly focusing on content or website and social media & marketing events supports and coordination for Group level across the countries. Content Management Creation of content to be published on various marketing channels and maintaining/ updating the upcoming events/ activities. Documentation and creation of visual library across all departments. Creation of marketing collaterals not limited to digital projects. Website & Digital Marketing In charge of website creation & development across the group level & country level. Digital Marketing Acquisition– Implementation of SEO best practice for organic traffic, Paid Advertising (Google AdWords, Google Shopping, Facebook and Instagram), Affiliate marketing and retargeting. Keywords - Conduct keyword research and web statistics reporting. Analysing website traffic and improving SEO. Working on ad-hoc e-commerce & digital projects. Marketing & Brand Awareness Responsible for all the event coordination & supports. Working with internal/external customer to create new ideas/content to promote the products. Customer retention & Email Marketing - work closely with the senior merchandiser on the email campaigns and customer retention email programs for the various segments we have including loyalty, retention & reactivation. Brand management & awareness. Ensure brand consistencies across the group. Job Requirement At least Degree in Marketing/Mass Communication. At least 3 years of relevant working experience in content writing, updating of websites & social media. Proficiency in web, graphic design and photography. Familiar with MS Office & Social Media Channels. Excellent verbal & written communication skills. Able to deal with different levels of people. Prefer experienced in coordinating marketing events. Able to work independently and under tight timeline. Proactive to update & follow up progress of tasks. Possess driving license & own a vehicle will be advantage. Oversea travel opportunities.
