Drive the implementation of new programs and initiatives in line with the Integrity System 2025 strategy. Formulate processes which allow for more efficient LPA on-farm audits to improve audit effectiveness and ongoing monitoring of non-conformances. Aligning projects to program investment strategies and to ensure strategic objectives are achieved and project budgeting is managed effectively. Project Management responsibility for LPA program enhancements and improvements in line with the Integrity System 2025 strategy, Integrity System 2025 implementation plan and Integrity System Business Plan. Management of the day to day operations of the LPA compliance program, including the review and maintenance of the LPA Rules and Standards, including the development and maintenance of reports and innovative reporting tools including dashboards. Stakeholder management of internal and external partners, the LPA auditing body, LPA Database hosting and development providers, and LPA NVD supplier. Management of compliance within the LPA Program in line with the LPA Rules and Standards Develop and maintain internal project and program documentation to facilitate reporting to ISC management Desired Skills and Experience The successful candidate will have: Tertiary qualifications in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or related fields is desirable Project Management experience Ability to identify, compile, analyse and report on key program parameters Good organisational and time management skills Ability to communicate effectively, build collaborative relationships, plan and organise Ability to work remotely with minimal support and as part of a team Excellent written and verbal communication skills Knowledge of cattle and sheep production systems Attention to detail Well-developed computer skills Well-developed problem-solving skills Why work for ISC?
