Roles & Responsibilities Job Summary: In the role of DWH application lead, the candidate to interact with key business stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across different stages of the SDLC including but not limited to Requirements gathering, Architecture definition & design, implementation and support. Also to play an important role in creating high quality deliverables and lead the different SDLC activities to ensure timely and quality deliverables. Responsibilities: Design, development, implementation & support of BI & ETL solutions for data warehouse; Requirements gathering and designing ETL processes, databases, reports, and reporting environments; Maintain & Support ETL processes, reporting applications and data warehouse; Create best practices for data loading and extraction; Develop data architecture and data modelling solutions within structured data warehouse environment; Support the development and validation required through the lifecycle of the DWH and Business Intelligence systems, maintain user connectivity for data warehouse; Supervise design throughout implementation process; Monitor the DWH and BI systems performance and integrity to provide corrective and preventative maintenance as required. Technical Skills Requirements: A good degree with at least 10 years’ experience in implementing & supporting (BAU) regulatory applications like BASEL, BCBS239 & MFRS9; Real-time implementation experience using ETL tool Informatica and DWH; Experience in all SDLC phases of DWH project implementation for regulatory reporting; Good hands on experience in Relational Database (Mandatorily with Oracle) and PL/SQL language; Good hands on experience in coding backend database package, stored procedures & functions; Experience with query tools like Hyperion Interactive Reporting (Brio) and SAS; Banking domain experience required.
