You will need to meet the following requirements to apply for this role: 5+ years of agile product delivery experience in a Product Manager / Business Analyst / Program Manager / Scrum Master role 2+ years of agile transformation or organizational change enablement experience Strong familiarity with agile frameworks (SAFe, LESS, Scrum, Kanban) and delivering large scale projects in an agile environment In-depth knowledge and experience of applying design thinking techniques Mentoring / Coaching people in agile projects Strong Communication and Negotiation Skills Ability to deal with uncertainty and facilitate decision making in an ambiguous environment In-depth Knowledge of best practices of capacity planning and mapping cross-team dependencies and prioritization, roadmapping and portfolio management practices In this role you will perform the following responsibilities: Running agile transformation consulting engagements for large organizations Understanding the 'as-is' state of the client organization and the story behind it Identifying current organization and functional structure, workflows of digital product design and delivery, current ways of working and areas of improvement Defining and conceptualizing custom agile frameworks for the client organization depending on their business context Negotiate the change strategy for the client organization Advocate for best practices of business agility, design thinking and agile software delivery Defining the transformation strategy and a coaching plan the customer through the agile journey Conducting agile maturity assessments and provide recommendations Running interviews and workshops with stakeholders Engaging stakeholders and maintaining strong collaboration and partnership with them Running coaching sessions for product managers, business analysts, technology leads and program workshops to support the organization change
