Our client is seeking Inside Sales Representatives to make inbound and outbound calls to potential customers. This role would be suitable to a University Graduate who wants to get into Sales, or someone with Customer Service experience. Our client is willing to train people who have the right attitude - who want to be successful and also have fun and enjoy their jobs. And who want a long term career with an International Company. As an inside sales rep you will play a fundamental role in achieving our clients ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, generating interest in their Telematics products, qualifying prospects and closing sales or routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate Sales Executive for future develop or closure. The Inside Sales Rep will source new sale opportunities through outbound calls and emails as well as follow up on inbound leads. You should have some of the following: - Phone, email and web-based sales skills. Ability in selling a solution. Relationship building and negotiation skills. Strong attention to detail communicated over the phone or in email. Influencing skills. Adaptable to a changing, fast paced environment. AND - Persistence – being able to bounce back. This is an ideal opportunity to gain a foot into I.T. Sales. Our client is currently located at Chatswood but will be moving to North Ryde/Macquarie Park in October. They are offering a base salary of $50K plus bonuses up to $80K plus superannuation. We will be short listing for this role quickly, as our client is seeking people now!
