Business Governance Assurance Officer, Corporate Banking One of Ireland’s leading financial institutions is looking for a Business Governance professional to join their Corporate Banking division. The core objective of this role is to ensure Banking Regulation is adhered to by all members of staff within Corporate Banking. Key Responsibilities: Writing procedures, guidelines & process maps across a variety of topics (based off Bank policies and tailored to the Business Unit) Providing training to Corporate Banking staff on regulation, regulation updates etc. Engage other areas of the Bank to source efficiencies in data collection and reporting Provide Management Information to Senior Management Team to enhance senior level decision making Engaging with IT to ensure all required regulatory updates are embedded in the Banks core systems Seeking automation of existing processes where possible Responsibility for the administration of the Corporate Banking Intranet Site Ensuring all policies and procedures are up to date and within their review cycle Assist with other ad-hoc projects for the Business Governance Team which may involve Compliance, Regulatory & other work streams Key Requirements: Previous experience working in a regulated financial institution Previous experience working in a customer centric environment Strong interpersonal skills – track record of building and maintaining strong relationships Intermediate Microsoft Word & Excel knowledge General IT knowledge For more information on this Business Governance role, contact Finlay Barry on 01 685 4414 or via email on [email removed].
