KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for all the travel requirements for internal staff travel; both domestically and internationally. Responsible for sourcing, organising, booking, tracking, and handling travel requests; such as flights, accommodations, car hire, train travel. Ensure that travel needs are met within the constraints of the company travel budget Seeking and maintaining local knowledge as to best seasonal pricing and availability Travel statements to the finance team Liaise with the Facilities Coordinator and key senior member of staff Managing all staff profiles Managing Visas requirements, passport and customs situations for travellers going overseas Independently review reservations for accuracy and quality. Liaise with members of staff to ensure that they are in possession of all necessary travel documents and information so their travel process is as pleasant as possible. Maintain ownership of each travel record until departure to ensure all details are Research and provides solutions to any travel-related problem that may occur. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Experience in the field, ideal but not essential Must be able to multi-task; such as handling multiple staff travels requests simultaneously and with precision Demonstrate a track record of proven success in travel Flexibility to work outside office hours (if required) is very important. Excellent client management skills The ability to establish and build rapport with key company’s personnel Firm understanding of providing excellence in internal customer service The ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships on all levels
