Working as an individual on Saturday's only About the role: We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic candidate who can deliver exceptional customer service to our valued clients and customers. You will be in the position to represent Martin & Co Medway Sales, Lettings and Tenancy Management Team as we expand our focus. Your main duties will be: · Taking Applications for both Lettings and Sales · Carrying out viewings for both sales and lettings · Booking appointments · Putting both Purchases and Rentals Offers to Clients · Administration in all aspects including Tenancy Management as and when required The Ideal Person should have: · Excellent Customer Service Skills · The ability to build rapport quickly · Resilience and be Highly-motivated · Flexible attitude · Work Individually and as part of a team · A strong Administration background · You must have a UK driving Licence A Must Have: · Previous experience in working in property and an estate agent Martin & Co Medway have one mission, to professionally and efficiently serve the needs of Landlords, Vendors, Purchases and Tenants.
