Be the company’s Finance Manager / Finance Controller, responsible for Financial planning / Finalization of Accounts/MIS/ Taxes/Statutory/Audit/ Summary Primarily, you will be taking charge of all accounting, tax, compliances & financial needs. You will be working with the CFO in financial planning & strategy, data analysis, visualisations & reporting Experience 5+ years’ experience in a financial accounting & financial management position Qualification Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting CFA MBA in Finance Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field required (MBA preferred) Proven strategic planning experience at the management level Roles and Responsibility Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as payroll, invoicing, and other transactions Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports Liaise with auditors for tax preparation, auditing, banking, investments, and other financial needs Track the company's financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement Monitoring and interpreting cash flows and predicting future trends Preparing financial forecasts, projections Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities Present financial reports to board members, stakeholders, and senior executives Stay up to date with technological advances and accounting software to be used for financial purposes Understand and adhere to financial regulations, legislation and timelines Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and procedures Guide and assist other financial assistants and accountants in the company Other Skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Demonstrated creative and critical thinking skills Strong communication and presentation skills An analytical mind Commercial and business awareness A keen eye for detail and desire to probe further into data Ability to stick to time constraints Opportunities for You Track KPIs for product, company Work with lawyer in creating compliance & legal documents You should NOT apply if: you are doing or planning to pursue CFA, CA, CS, MBA or any post-graduation in near future you don’t like to work with numbers & data Perks Challenges that will push you beyond your limits A democratic place where everyone is heard & aware No hierarchy, politics, bosses, managers or anything like that And most importantly, Happy Vibes!
