WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT We are seeking a highly motivated Warehouse Assistant to support the Warehouse in organising the delivery of goods to retail shops & wholesale stockists for a fixed term period of nine months. Location: Warehouse, N9 Key Responsibilities: Pick and pack retail and wholesale allocations for delivery as directed by the Assistant Warehouse Manager Complete returns as received back to the warehouse, organising stock as appropriate Store stock efficiently and in keeping with the systems set up by the Assistant Warehouse manager to ensure day to day warehouse operations are as seamless as possible Work with the Warehouse manager and Assistant manager to undertake regular warehouse stock counts in order to monitor and maintain accurate stock levels to maximise Company profitability Support the Assistant Warehouse Manager in responding to shop enquiries regarding allocations and deliveries to support shops in providing efficient customer service Assist the Warehouse Manager in maintaining stock at the offsite shipping company and pick and pack as needed Perform other duties as required including assisting with the booking in of stock to enable timely stock processing Role Requirements: Essential: Acute attention to detail Good numeracy skills Excellent communication, time management and organisational skills Proficient knowledge of Excel Desirable: Previous warehouse experience Previous experience of SAP, RMIS or similar system The Ideal Candidate: Highly motivated Enthusiasm for the brand Proactive and a ‘can do’ attitude A good team player Hours: Full-time - 35 hours, fixed term - nine months Rewards: 4 weeks holiday plus bank holidays, increasing to 5 weeks with service Generous clothing allowance Significant staff discount on purchases Life insurance Contributory pension Closing date for applications is Monday 9th March, 5pm Job Types: Full-time, Temporary Experience: warehouse/logistics: 1 year (Preferred)
