Marc Daniels are currently recruiting for a Part-Time Legal Assistant to join a large company based in Slough. This is a great opportunity to join a company who are passionate about care and supporting people to live independently. This role would suit an experienced legal assistant looking to work 25 hours a week (Monday – Friday) and is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly and supportive team! Responsibilities Complete administrative duties including document management Help prepare spreadsheets and reports Assist with corporate transactions, including to draft standard documents typical of corporate transactions and letters using existing templates Manage legal documentation and correspondence in strict confidence Assisting with the review of due diligence exercises, including to assist with the collation of responses and manage the process. Maintaining company statutory registers and any necessary online Companies House filings Qualities: Have a good work ethic and be trustworthy Be capable of prioritising workload under pressure and good attention to details Have knowledge of Microsoft Office (0365 Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint) Experience: Paralegal or Bachelor degree preferred Experience working in a legal setting preferred Experience working in a law firm preferred By applying you will be registered as a candidate with Marc Daniels Specialist Recruitment Limited.
