The Company Mapped SG is a boutique recruitment firm that was founded in 2016, specializing in hiring mid to senior level HR and office admin roles. Our team has been steadily growing since then and we are currently searching for a motivated individual to come on board as a senior consultant. Job Responsibilities: Build long term relationships with manager/C-level candidates Find clients and foster long-term relationships Utilising business development techniques to attract new clients Develop a sound understanding of client companies and their culture Employ recruiting methods to attract candidates (eg. Job advertising) Source candidates using databases to match suitable candidates to the job Identifying professionals who are suitable for the role through headhunting Reviewing applications and scheduling interviews for candidates Providing the candidate with a detail job brief, including responsibilities of the role, salary and benefits and any other questions the candidate may have Creating a shortlist of candidates and preparing the CVs to forward to the client Conducting reference checks of the candidate Able to negotiate salary and reach an agreement between candidate and client Eventually manage a small team and lead them with administrative and ad hoc duties Job Requirements Include: 3-5 years of experience in Tier 1 search firms You must be passionate in sales, driven to succeed and willing to learn and grow Good Customer service skills Outstanding communication ability Good negotiating skills Able to work under pressure to meet targets Confident and pleasant personality Good organizational and administrative skills Sound judgment ?Why you would be interested If you have the hunger to succeed, this role will be the perfect opportunity for you.
